We just added the labeled item when they had conquered a specific table and when we reached our goal, our family hosted a big pizza night and we all assembled our own personal pizzas, or we would have an ice cream sundae making night!
It was lots of fun and a well earned reward. Plus the child who might not be trying to master the skill was willing to help the other child because the party was for the whole family to celebrate the victory for the child who had mastered his or her math facts!
These are just copied from templates I found online and glued together to make a single page. To give credit, I pasted the website where I found the original template, thus they are not that pretty! However, I did email the original creator and obtain permission to share their printable in this format.
